"Cutt Off" by Kasabian "Speed of Sound" is one of the poppier songs on the album. Most of it is heavier and, in my opinion, better. |

"Speed of Sound" is one of the poppier songs on the album. Most of it is heavier and, in my opinion, better. That's the way it usually is. The most popular songs on a CD are usually among the worst.  "Salvation" by The Cranberries (perfect example here -- there are so many better songs on To The Faithful Departed  ) |

"Let There Be Love" by Oasis
"Lyla" from DBTT is another example. It's the first single, and it's easily the worst song on the album.

"Processed Beats" by Kasabian
For being a debut album, Kasabian (it's self-titled) is extremely good. It has about four songs that have serious single potential, and most of the rest are still good.
