Hahaha, it's too bad this site wasn't more active last season, so we could have discussed this while it was happening. Farve DID return, to play for the Jets. The team was doing fantastic, but late in the season Farve injured his throwing arm. He decided, as usual, to play through it, which most likely cost the team a chance at the play offs because he played like shit. So there you go, the curse strikes again!!! 0.0 This year the guys at EA are taking a different approach. Instead of cursing one player, they are cursing TWO! That's right. This year the cover will feature a "star player" from each of the teams who played in the super bowl. So we get this. That's Larry Fitzgerald from the Cardinals and Troy Polamalu from the Steelers. I guess it's less likely to happen with two people on the cover. We'll just have to wait and see.

Didn't take long. Troy Polamalu injured his knee in game 1 and could be out for weeks (I think 3-6 was the initial estimation, not sure what it is now.) Now we'll be waiting for Fitzgerald to get hurt.
