I finished this latest installment in the series, and the one I personally consider the best by far, at approximately 1 AM today. It would have been sooner, but I was gone from 5 AM Saturday until 4:30 PM Sunday. Lots of stuff happened, and many threads are left to unravel. This is the thread to discuss those threads.
First off: will Hogwarts close in the next year? If so, who will follow Harry? If not, who will follow Harry?
Second: where do you think the remaining Horcruxes are, and what do you think the unknown one is?
Third: Snape. He's turned finally and irrevocably to Voldemort's side. Who is going to take him down, and how much damage will he cause in the mean time?
Fourth: Malfoy and Pettigrew. Neither of them seem to care much for serving Voldemort. Do you think there's any chance of a betryal?
Fifth: How do you envision the final battle?
Sixth: Who is R.A.B.?
There are many more topics to discuss between now and Book 7, and plenty of time to discuss them. I'll post my predictions after a few of you post yours.
Book 6 was pretty wickedly awesome, though.

First off: will Hogwarts close in the next year? No, I doubt it. Certain students and/or teachers might not show up, but people will still come, and at least Hagrid and Sprout will be there to teach them (as made abundantly clear at the end of the book). Since Ron and Hermione go without saying, I won't say much. As for others... Neville will definitely follow Harry. He's gotten more "heroic" every book, and since confronting and conquering fears is a major theme in the storyline I don't think we've seen everything he's capable of (more on that in the answer to another question). I really haven't been able to develop a coherent theory here. Snape is more than likely going to kill at least one other major character before being taken down by... (drumroll please)... Neville Longbottom. Remember, Snape is the thing that Neville is most afraid of according the boggart scene in POA. Rowling has made fear, and the conquering of such, a main theme in the series. I seriously believe that Neville will at least incapacitate, if not kill, Snape. I seriously think that Pettigrew's silver[/b][/u] (exaggerated emphasis because nobody seems to have noticed it before now) hand is going to become very important. Either he will betray Voldemort and kill Greyback, or he will remain loyal and kill (gasp) Lupin. Very violent and bloody. Each book seems to get darker, and the final battle will probably be something along the lines of (or at least as extreme as) the Siege of Gondor in LOTR. Easy. Regulus Black. Agreed. Although I still like book 4 best, this one's a close second.

Second: where do you think the remaining Horcruxes are, and what do you think the unknown one is? One is in the house of Blacks and the Others I don't know. Regulus A. Black. Remember in the fifth book, they found a locket that no one could open? Also, Regulus was killed because of something with the Dark Lord.

Coolios. Much goodness in the other predictions. Here are mine:
1) Basically, the part about closing is the same as Pinata's answer. He hit it right on the nose. I think that Neville and Luna Lovegood will follow Harry.
2) This is a very complex answer. I'd say that at least one is still within Hogwarts, and I like PF's idea of one being inside the Black house. I'm not sure of the other ones except the last one. Since J.K. Rowling has actually come out and said that HP is a Christian allegory, Harry almost has to be the seventh horcrux. That sucks, as I was hoping Harry would live through the series.
3) Actually, I've since come to believe that Snape is actually not on Voldemort's side. I think that Dumbledore's death was actually a gambit to get Snape into position to finish off Voldemort when the time comes and undermine Draco's allegiance to Voldemort. Thus, the only person to kill him will be possibly Voldemort, although I envision Snape's betrayal coming unexpectedly and at the last possible moment.
4) Pinata brings up a valid point about Pettigrew's hand. I didn't even remember that. Anyway, Pettigrew is definitely going to turn against Voldemort. Remember, Harry saved his life in POA and Voldemort has only treated him badly. When he sees that Voldemort might fall, he'll support whoever is challenging him. Malfoy is going to be a nonfactor, I think.
5) Harry and someone (probably Ron) vs. Voldy and Snape. Voldemort kills the someone, Harry tries to kill Snape, Snape kills him and then Voldemort. Since it's supposedly a Christian allegory, Hermione somehow revives Harry.
6) Yeah, it's Regulus Black. For sure.

5) Harry and someone (probably Ron) vs. Voldy and Snape. Voldemort kills the someone, Harry tries to kill Snape, Snape kills him and then Voldemort. Since it's supposedly a Christian allegory, Hermione somehow revives Harry. No no no - Snape can't kill Voldy, the prophecy clearly states that Harry must be the one to do that.

Enelya, your mention of Dumbledore brings up an interesting question -- do you guys think there's any chance of an appearance by Aberforth Dumbledore in book 7?

He meant me. I'm Pinata... although "Pinta" is preferable to some of the other things I've been called, so I don't mind if you continue to call me that.

Enelya, your mention of Dumbledore brings up an interesting question -- do you guys think there's any chance of an appearance by Aberforth Dumbledore in book 7? I so hope so! I cried when I read that he died! He meant me. I'm Pinata... although "Pinta" is preferable to some of the other things I've been called, so I don't mind if you continue to call me that. Ooops! Yeah, that sucked that he had to die... but I think it's going to fuel most of the story in the next book, and so he really did have to die in order for there to be a next book.

Dumbledore is gone! I don't accept Sirius' death - Dumbldore's, however, is IMHO (threw that acronym in just for you Enelya ) a goner. I tihnk what Harry saw flying away is simply Fawkes. Fawkes will keep a watch over Harry - and will probably join him at some point in Book 7.
