All right, I'm going to post my ideas for plot advancements here. If any of them interfere with anyone else's, let me know. BTW, the "travel plan" is just a rough, unofficial idea... if you guys want to change the order of the locations, let me know. For now, though, I'm listing them chronologically by when I think they're going to occur.
-Zero One-. Before reaching Ragbralbur, we have to cross this frigid Arctic wastleland that lies to the west of it. There's going to be an encounter with Wampa snow creatures, and an encounter with a droid of some sort that will take us to Redorblue01's underground lair. He's not Immortal, but he's used cybernetics to prolong his life (with the side effect of making him more machine than man). After RoB joins our party, we can go on to...
Ragbralbur. Here, the party will split up... one group, led by Bass, will go into town to hit some of the seedier bars and taverns, getting whatever useful information is available from the spies-for-hire that frequent such establishments. The other group, led by Elfie (and also containing Belgarath, since he's going to handle the meeting with DA) will access Elfie's backup lab, and there find DA (who, now that he's running the lab, is even quirkier than he was as a lab assistant -- this is mostly due to being deprived of human contact for centuries while he continued Elfie's work). After DA joins Elfie's group and Bass's group rejoins them, it's off to...
Algaria (the northern plain, which is on the other side of what used to be The Conclave's northern border). There, we will somehow collect Devo and Secole (I'll leave the details to someone else). Then, it's off to...

Val Alorn. Here, we will probably have an encounter with Martje the blind seer (who may have something interesting to say about the Prophecy) before picking up Omeguz, temporarily hiring a ship (probably Greldik's) and hauling ass over the high seas to...
Olwe. There will be a lot going on here... a person, not part of the prophecy but still very important to our later success, to collect; an Elven enclave for Elfie to convince to join him (Elfie's part of the prophecy is to unite all the farflung Elf tribes and become High King over all Elvenkind); and a Grand Duke to depose (and execute, if at all possible). Then, it's into the ocean again, exploring what used to be the Conclave's east coast while looking for...
Scythe. He could be on or near one of any number of islands -- the hostile-Elf-inhabited East Olwe, the still fragmented Mer Empire to the north (formerly North Olwe), the treacherous isle of Deadman's Dike, where thousands of ships have met their doom on the rocky coastline, or the island chain of Las Cinco Muertes (the five deaths), a quintet of remarkably similar islands that are all inhabited by dinosaurs. After collecting Scythe, we can send the Cherek ship back to Val Alorn and travel on Scythe's ship to...
Nyissa. There, I'll be concluding my business with Queen Salmissra, and handling the rendevous with Panamon Creel (Viperdude) and his friendly guerrilla force.
After that, I'm not sure where we'll be going... the other pieces of the Prophecy are less easily collected.
