Right now it's not a problem, but sooner or later we're going to have to worry about profiles getting back-paged and stuff. People like me are lazy enough that clicking one more time to get to the back pages is enough reason to just not bother looking.
I think that we should either have one thread per RPG with all the profiles there, or each user has one thread where they put all their characters' profiles. It would delay the back-paging problem for quite some time.

Do it so that each user gets 1 page to list all their profiles on. If they get more than 15, they're nuts anyway.
That reminds me...I should probably get around to doing a profile for my character...

Hey now. I have more rpg characters than I care to count... I have almost 15 for Star Wars alone.  I say that we make one thread for each category. Like one for Star Wars, one for Harry Potter, one for LOTR, so on and so forth. |

I think it would be kool to have a page for each persons character, lord knows I have alot.
But it would be confusing.
Maybe instead of doing it so you post the characters for each thing like Star Wars, LOTR, etc, you have it so there are threads for each RP there is.
So, looking at the RP's that there are already on the site, I'll just use the PPU Adventure #1.
make a thread for that RP, and whoever is in it, posts their characters there. then when you want to know who's in it, it won't be to hard to find them.

That's actually not a bad idea. And I can post stats for some of the NPCs that are going to become extremely important to the storyline, as well.  |

If everyone who wants to rpg on the site, starts their own thread with their member name on it, and they simply post all their bios there. thats how I've seen it done on all other sites.
However I think if it's to reduce the number of threads there are then I think the idea of having a thread for each theme/film etc is probably the best one.

Well, if we're gonna do anything about re-organizing this place, we should do it soon before it grows any further in size. I'm all for the one-thread-per-adventure idea, personally.
