I would be in favour of setting up a clan. Bass and I were thinking of names. So far we've got "Conclavity", but we'd really like something better. Anyway, if anyone owns Halo 2 and wants to be our friend online, let us know.

I posted a similar thing on the 'Clave...I already started the Clan, named simply "The Conclave," but that can be redone if necessary.

a question. Why is everyone obsessed with halo? to me it seems like its any other game where you walk around and kill monsters. What makes this one so freakin special??

First off, it was, when released, the most advanced FPS engine on the most advanced system. It also has a great storyline which I hope will end with a third Halo (I'm very excited and can't wait, even if it is WAAAAY too far off).
With the update there are several nifty advancements, but in general it's just a great game. Remember how people were addicted to Doom? And then when GoldenEye came out it revolutionized the genre? Well, Halo was the next big thing, and will continue to be the next big thing.
If you don't understand, give it some serious play time, say, a few hours a day for a week or two, including online play. This may be hard if you dont' already own it, but still. If you still don't understand why it's so addicting, come back, and I'll try to explain it again.
Besides, it's so much more fun to kill people you KNOW are sitting somewhere else in the world cursing you.
