*agrees with Elfie* I don't really care, but i do i like the main background (like the bright purple now) to be a darker color. Which is why i suggested to make the purple...darker...  |

WTFBBQ?  Uh... Ape sent me some color codes in a PM, and I picked a dark blue I like as a temporary fix. 20 points to Ape... which should tie him with Bass for the lead. |

It looks good to me.
And if you don't know what i'm talking about, when your choosing the colors for this site, you know all the boxes where you type the colors...click on "color chart", it gives you a big box of colors and stuff...maybe you havn't noticed it because you computer is slow, but i'm sure you can find a purple in there somewhere.

The codes go from 0-9-A-F, meaning 0 through nine and then even more from A through F. Zero is the darkest shade, and F is the lightest. The first two digits control the redness, the second two control the greeness and the third group of two digits controls the blueness. I'm still trying to figure out what the difference between the first digit in a group of two and the second digit is.

Well, that's still more than I knew. BTW, Elfie, if you want to tinker with the site colors, I'm pretty sure that was part of the expansion of global mod powers I did recently.

Well i was messing with the colors on my site, and i think i figured out the whole number-code thing. Thats how i got the darker greens and stuff. I think you just need to expiriment a little bit, mess arround with it until you find something you like. We won't mind if the site looks like crap for a couple days while you mess with it (as in, clashing colors and...eyesores, etc), just mess arround and...stuff. |
