Vote. I'm holding off on voting myself until I've finished the series.

So far I've only read the first three, actually am reading the third one. And the very first one I read was the Pillars of Creation--my introduction to Terry Goodkind. I love the way is writing is so fast paced, but he can be pretty intense. (the torture scenes for example)
hmmm how much can we talk about without giving anything away?

You did a pretty good job not giving anything away. I'm reading the books in order, so I'm still three away from Pillars of Creation. All I know about it now is that apparently there's another torture scene, which isn't really that big a surprise. I agree that his writing style is really good -- in the earlier books in the series, it seems like something really important happens on every single page. I'm on Temple of the Winds right now, and it seems like he's trying to inject more philosophy into the storyline (which IMHO just slows things down and makes it more difficult, frustrating and ultimately unfulfilling to read). Hopefully the next book will get back into fantasy/adventure.

I've started reading Pillars of Creation now. I must say that the pace picked up drastically in Faith of the Fallen. But, liek Pinata, I'll hold off voting until I've read it all. Has anyone read "Debt of Bones" from what I've seen it seems to be Zedd's backstory of the war with Darken Rahl. Sounds really good - I'll pick it up when I'm finished with the other SoT books.

I have a friend who's reading it now, I'll try to get her to drop by and post a review when she's finished (no, she doesn't already have an account here).

Cool - I'd like to hear the review of a fan. I probably won't get round to reading it until I'm finished with the main series. Book 10, Phantom, will be out shortly. It'll be a while before I even reach Chainfire!

Scratch that - I'm on Chainfire now and about a third of the way through it.
I fear I'll finish it before Phantom is even out XD

I have Phantom now I got it the day after I finished Chainfire, thanks to my lovely wife-to-be. I'm about a third of the way through it so far, and enjoying it alot. It's very tense, as was Chainfire. I just know that the end of Phantom will be deadly. And this time I will have to wait.
