What kind of football fans have we here?
I follow the Forty-Niners, so watching football for me is much the same as watching a bad car accident take place.

Colts and Cowboys.
Both are doing well, but surprisingly, Dallas' QB has been the better of the two thus far this year, and Indianapolis' defense has won them their games. The sky is falling.
I'd rather see Pittsburgh win than New England.

Titans and Redskins. *smites Anima*
I don't know how either team is doing, though, because I can't stand to watch televised football. It's boring as hell. Both of the games I've actually gone to and watched live have been thoroughly enjoyable, so I assume it's something to do with the way the TV stations handle it (taking a commercial break every time somebody farts, etc.).

TITANS?!?!?!? and REDSKINS?!?!?!?!? *uber-smites Pinata*
You should come to my high school's football games. They're exciting. We're 5-0 (4-0).

Which is it -- 5-0, or 4-0?

6-0 (5-0) now. The first number is the overall record, while the number in parentheses represents the record against division teams.

For the first time ever, our high school has an 8-0 team. We're in the championship for sure. The game last night was intense.
In other news, Concrete Slab is looking pretty dang good.
Any FF players here? (and I don't mean Final Fantasy.)

What do you mean? Fantasy football?

Yeah.

In that case, I haven't ever played it. Although I have entertained the idea of playing fantasy baseball (just not that into football... I know enough about it to talk about it, but would be out of my league playing fantasy football ).

I'm okay. My team is anchored by Priest Holmes, Mike Anderson, Steven Davis, and Antonio Gates. I QB and WR by committee mostly. Sadly, Rod Smith and Kevin Curtis are my best receivers. I have Philly D, which has sucked mostly.

that is a very good or very bad team, depending on how many managers are in your league and what the point values are for things. I am in a keeper league with 16 managers and my team consists of Tom Brady Shaun Alexander Willis McGahee Isaac Bruce Eddie Kennison Bubba Franks and some real crap on the bench.
@pinata-I have you in mind for our next fantasy baseball season. If you're interested, I'll give you a how-to before the season starts.
I don't suppose I could scrounge up enough managers here for Fantasy NBA? It's a week into the season but we can still do it and either make the stats retroactive or proceed from week 3 or so onward.

I'm still wondering if we should maybe do an official ATF Fantasy Baseball league in order to encourage activity there. Don't want your site to die. I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't really follow basketball.

that is a very good or very bad team, depending on how many managers are in your league and what the point values are for things. It's a decent team. I'm 6-3 and in 3rd (out of 8), but I've won three games in which my opponent had at least one player not playing (although one was Corey Dillon, so it wasn't his fault). My team has improved significantly since I picked up Drew Brees and Kerry Collins in free agency. However, I no longer have Priest Holmes. There goes my season. There's always next year, I guess. Nope. I don't know enough about basketball.
