I hardly consider Spider-Man a "nonhuman". An "enhanced human", perhaps, but not a "nonhuman". Thus, I cannot vote for Tobey Macguire. I'll have to go with:

I was trying not to overlook anyone who, well, isn't human -- it depends on how strict you want to get with the term, I guess, but since I consider the X-Men nonhumans, then other mutants have to be included too.
