The Dark Tower by Stephen King, the final book in the Gunslinger Series. A masterfully written end to a masterfully written sci-fi/fantasy series. Read the whole series, guys. It's great!

I started The Gunslinger two months ago... Harry Potter kind of interfered with it, so I'm not that far into it yet, but it's pretty good so far. And I got it based on your recommendation, Scythe, so it better stay good.
