You have a couple of other new powers too, although I forget what they are at the moment. I just remember that after the upgrade I gave the mods access to some of the new admin features.

It basically just makes things you've seen before that aren't already there (the buttons for locking, bumping, stickying, etc.) show up when they're hidden (I have no idea why all of a sudden they're hidden sometimes and show up on their own other times). |
