I'm getting a shit-ton of runtime errors on this site. Every page that loads has a syntax error on it. Also alot of pages have problems loading sigs and avatars, and most of the time they don't show up. Not just the pictures, even the text (like in my sig) doesn't show up aswell. Don't know if its the site or just my computer being a peice of crap, but thought i would mention it here anyways.

Strange because i saw my sig yesterday when i posted my poem...hmmm... Sounds cool though, but that still doesn't explain all the syntax erros. It always tell me that its in the line 500 range, which i'm guessing is close to the bottom. So i blame it on the affiliates/banner thing at the bottom. I seriously can't visit this site much after this, it takes me half an hour just to read 1 thread because of all the runtime errors.  Edit- I also get a window that says "internet explorer can't blah blah blah, operation aborted" The page goes white and it says page cannot be displayed, even though i'm not using internet explorer. None of these problems occur on other websites, or proboard websites for that matter. |

Sounds like you might have adware or spyware on your computer, Ape. Try deleting some stuff from history/cache.  I'll fuck with things on this end to see if I can get the site to run better too, though I'm not too sure what I'm doing (that's why I give the global mods so much power). |

I'm not sure if spy or adware would cause me to get runtime errors on just this 1 website. I can try deleting some history and cookies and whatnot but i'm not sure if thats going to do much good. It might just be my version of windows...considering the fact that its bootlegged.  EDIT - I think i have an idea of what the problem might be. Its the shop i think. When i load a page with people who have bought their sigs the page loads fine with just the runtime error, which i click "no, don't want to debug" No problem. But when i load a page with a post by me, i get the internet explorer error that makes the page go white so i have to reload. Also when i first click a thread i can see my sig for a split second, and as soon as it disapears (since i havn't bought yet) i get the error that kills the page. *shrug* I have my sig and avatar information entered into the proboard site so it should automatically show up...but then the shop tells it not to show up and then my computer blows up so i get the "Page cannot be displayed" page. -.- |

If this becomes too much of a problem, I can remove the Shop... it's screwed things up before too. Just let me know if you want the Shop gone, I'm getting sick of the bullshit it's causing.  |

I don't want to go that far if other people like the shop. If i could buy my sig and avatar it would be no problem i don't think, but when i click on the shop it takes me to my profile...then after a few seconds it takes me to a blank page with just the banner and stuff...then a few seconds later it takes me to the main page...without me doing any clicking or anything.  I havn't tried it in a couple days though so i'll try it now. Probably won't edit this but if i have my sig and avatar that means it probably worked... Edit- (i lied) Did you disable the shop? I can see my sig and avatar now (didn't buy) I still get the runtime error but i havn't had the "Page cannot be displayed" page recently. I can tolerate the runtime errors, i just have to exit. Before everytime i loaded a new page i got Runtime error-white page (reload) - runtime error and then the page was finally done and i could view it. Now i just have to exit the syntax error window once. Edit 2- Strange, when i made that edit i couldn't see how many galleons people had, which is why i thought you disabled the shop. It was working ok to (as explained above) Now the galleons are back and i just got the white page...i still havn't tried to get to the shop. Thought it was disabled...trying now. |

You are just as lost as i am. I'd really like to get to the shop to puchase my sig and avatar to see if it helps, but i cannot get into it, as explained above. It might just be that my computer is retarded.  |

*bump/update thing*
Ok, i got a new computer and i am not getting the runtime errros anymore. BUT!! I'm still getting the "page cannot be displayed" error page, the one i can prevent when i hit the "stop loading" button thing on my browser. I still believe it has something to do with the shop blocking out the sigs. They try to load while the shop tells it not to, as explained before, and it causes my browser to die. I still can't get into the shop to buy my sig an avatar aswell.
Also, am i still the only one getting these problems!?!? I know its not my computer and it can't be AOL either since i tried the site with Internet Explorer with the same problems. (maybe it only happens to people who havn't bought their stuff yet? *grumble*)
