The last chapter of the last book is written and locked in a vault given the chance would you read it?

I hope Harry and Voldemort are more linked than everyone believes so one of them kills the other and they both die. Even better, Dumbledore knows and chooses not to tell Harry because it would compromise Harry's mission. Yeah, that's it. Dumbledore wants Harry to die because he knows it will kill Voldemort too, which explains how Harry always ends up being in the right place at the right time.

Like at the end of Return of the Jedi, you mean? Yeah... that might actually work for Wormtail (he could become friends with Remus again), but I think Voldemort should remain evil. I'm not too sure about Elfie's version... that does seem pretty extreme.  |
