It's Pinata's fault, I'm not the one who changed the =P smiley to that. Besides, maybe I was just using the Quick Reply section at the bottom of the page and thought I was using the regular smiley... ... >_> <_< Yea, thats it!

I've seen commercials for The Half-Blood Prince. I'm not sure if I really want to go see my favorite/2nd favorite book in the series butchered.

Meh, I'm getting kinda used to adaptation decay. Not sure about the PG rating though... are they going to cut out the Sectumsempra scene?

They'll probably change it so Malfoy just get's a 'booboo' when it hits him. Actually, more likely when Malfoy gets hit with it he'll cover his face and you won't see much, maybe a blood trickle but that's about it, and then later in the movie we'll see the scars. *shrug*

I haven't, though I do think it looks pretty good.
I haven't watched any movies in a long time. For christmas I got The Dark Knight and Hancock, that was 6 months ago, and I saw Step Brothers when my sister borrowed it from a friend, so I've only watched 3 movies this year.

Well, as I said: you'd love it. I put up a review in the movie review thread on this site.

I'll have to wait to find it on Amazon used for a dollar or 2 and buy it. =P I seem to hate horror movies more often than I like them though. In fact, I seem to hate them most of the time. I've narrowed it down to 3 things. Either horror movies are poorly made - focusing more on 'hot young chicks' to kill rather than quality actors and storylines, or maybe I love horror movies and scrutinize them too much, or I simply have the illusion that I like horror movies even though I don't particularly enjoy them. I'm not sure. I'm leaning towards a combination of the first 2, because do believe the quality of horror movies have declined (and all the good ones are more action-oriented than anything) but who knows. I guess my view on horror movies and 'hot young actors' who suck at acting is sort of like your frustation with action movies with quick jittery camera's. It just INFURIATES me when all the actors are 'hot young chicks' who can't act for shit. Yes, it's nice to have a good looking woman on screen...but not if they can't act!

Meh. The hotter the actress, the less I care whether she can actually act. Especially if she's naked in the movie.
That being said, I do like horror movies with strong performances better, and Drag Me To Hell is definitely one of those. Alison Lohman is undeniably young and hot, but also rather talented, and the other two main female characters are played by older actresses who are pretty far from hot but seriously bring the talent (Adriana Barrazza, who plays the medium, was actually nominated for an Oscar for her performance in Babel, just to give you an idea of the talent level in this cast).
