The fourth book of The Belgariad -- I just finished it, so if anyone wants to talk about it I can do that now.
Just one observation: I'm really starting to hate Ce'Nedra. She does some good things every once in a while, like helping the serfs in Arendia, but overall she's just a bitch.

Wait...is that the last book? I know what you mean - I used to HATE her. Until the part where she's bathing in the waterfall. I could forgive her for being a bitch after that. Anyway - I am pretty sure in the last book she gets better, and actually does some heartwarming stuff, as you might have expected.

Wait...is that the last book? Nope, second to last. I just started on the last book, Enchanter's End Game.

Yes Meggy...finish the Mallorean...excellent...
I also have never been a fan of Ce'Nedra, she is so dense and stuck-up...

Woooaa! Are you in for a ride! So, so good! I'm just hoping it's as good as the others... anything more than that is icing. I just got to the part where they reintroduce Yarblek... I was wondering when he was going to come back.

Believe you me - The end is very, very good. I don't want to make a hype about it, and then get you over excited - so enjoy.

I wasn't that big of a fan of the end of Enchanter's End Game...

Just one observation: I'm really starting to hate Ce'Nedra. She does some good things every once in a while, like helping the serfs in Arendia, but overall she's just a bitch. At the beginning, I guess so. I don't know, she reminds of someone I know, and that person's quite likeable.

Well, the thing I don't like about EEG, is the meeting between Torak and Garion ends so suddenly, and it seems so easy.

That's because everyone knows what will happen. I mean, the books purposely aren't ground-breaking, Eddings makes sure that getting there is amusing though, which is what makes them so great.

PRECISELY! It's a very "Brechtian" way of writing. Stressing the actual story, not the climax. I love it!

Yes, I don't think pinata even has to guess that Garion ends up defeating Torak...but I mean, it seemed so easy...
Erm, pinata...SPOILER!!!
I think Torak should have been defeated alot more easy than Garion saying "Haha, no one loves you."
