Yes, it is. I think you make a new thread of your character's name as the title and post his information in the post. At least, that's what I'ma do, when I have the time/inspiration

Yeah, Bass is right -- that is one way to do it. But if you don't want your characters to keep getting second-paged once the site gets really active, you can start a thread with the name of the RPG you're playing the character in, and then everyone who's participating in that particular game can post their characters on the same thread. Some things to include about your character (just in case people with little or no experience with this sort of thing happen to be reading this): General physical appearance. You can get very detailed if you want, but if you don't feel like making up the details then height, weight, and hair/eye/skin color will usually suffice. Weapons/armor. Pretty self-explanatory. Personality details. Is your character good, evil, or neutral? A follower or a leader? A fighter or a peacemonger? Strengths/weaknesses (yes, characters MUST have weaknesses -- at least usually). Pretty easy -- just put whatever your character's really good at (and really bad at). Magical spells/special powers. Again, self-explanatory. As for Psi-ops, if you really want to you can try to drum up interest in an RPG set in the Psi-ops universe by posting a thread in the Out of Character forum. I'm going to have to learn more about Psi-ops before participating myself, but you might get bites from other people.

All this stuff about the conlcave is a little confusing. But nevertheless here's my main character. Can we have more than one character? Name: Wren Race: Human Class: Ranger Gender: female Age: Never ask a lady her age. Hair color: Dark brown Eye color: green Personality: She is quite stubborn. Quick to anger and somewhat foolhardy jumping into situations with both feet before fully thinking things through. Background: Her father was a ranger, mother a bard. She has five brothers and no sisters. Skills: She has extensive knowlege of herbs and plants. She is highly skilled with her longsword. She knows how to use the bow and can throw a dagger passebly. She is an accomplished rider, and has a way with animals. Physical description: She is of average height, but slim and atheletic looking, for a woman, she is fairly muscular. She has green eyes and very long, wavy brown hair. She is fond of wearing bucksin breaches with fringe, and a matching sleveless vest. She wears a green elven cloak given to her by an elf friend. She also wears brown leather boots that have been worn to a comfortable state. History: Wren was born in the land of Cardolan in the southern region of Arnor. Her mother is a gifted singer and musician a bard really. Her father a Ranger with extensive knowlege of the wilderness, herblore and healing. He is also a very good swordsman and crackshot with a bow. Wren is the only daughter but has five brothers who are there fathers equal all but one who has choosen his mother's path that of the bard. As a young girl her older brother would often delight her with songs which he would sing or play upon his lute. Though Wren enjoys a good song, she is no musician herself. She is quite like her father and four other brothers. Her aim is true and she has learned much in the arts of healing. Wren came from a large family; her father married a woman who was a bard. Wren’s mother always said that it was her music that caused him to propose. But actually it was everything about her. She was a lovely woman, both in physical appearance and in spirit as well. She was kind hearted, and quick witted. The two of them were never bored with each other, and Wren had never seen a more perfect couple than her two parents. They have her five brothers that she loved dearly, and they all doted on their little sister. But in spite of all the love and attention, she was not at all spoiled. Wren was a loner by choice; she often traveled with only her spirited stallion, Morwinyon as her sole companion. She just didn’t like people in general, as she found that crowds were often led astray, and even more often acted without thinking. She did like individual persons for she had many friends who were also rangers, and they often met in passing, or would help each other out on important missions. She had also earned the respect of certain elves in both Mirkwood and Lothlorien. She had a special fondness for the wild places in Mirkwood.

You can have as many characters as you want, since there are going to be multiple RPGs done on this site once it gets active enough. Oh, and The Conclave is the site that all but two of our members came from, so that's probably not the last reference we'll see made to it here.
