Favorite Final Fantasy

Its to big to make a poll, but which is your favorite?

I've only played a couple, but really liked them. I've played 9, 10, and 10-2 plus i've seen bits and parts of some of the others.

I think my favorite would have to be 10. I never finished 9, kinda got stuck. And i lost interest in 10-2 about 30-40 hours into it. So yea, 10 for me.

geez, that's like asking what would be your favorite lottery to hit the jackpot in.... There really isn't a bad choice. I suppose 3, 7, 9, and 10 would all be equally my favorites.

I dont hate 10-2. I just think 10 and 7 are much better. It was only decent though.

10-2 is not as good as the rest IMHO, but it is still better than most RPGs out there, except maybe Suikoden and Tales of Symphonia

I could not have said it better, SC. ToS has very few rivals. Best part = character development. Kratos and Raine were my favorites. Oh and Presea and Lloyd and Zelos and... ;D well they all rock. That sums it up.


As far as the FF series goes though, I've only played 9, (which I'm working on for the first time currently,) and Crystal Chronicles, which sucked except for the multiplayer. (very little storyline, a disgrace to the FF series in most respects)


..and Genis and Sheena and Mithos and...well, you get the picture. Dang, why am I still sitting here!? Must...replay...again... ;D

Mithos, Lloyd, and Kratos were the schizes. When I had the choice of killing Zelos in the game, I did. Kratos was so much better than Zelos.

how does one go about doing that? I really liked Kratos better as well, I just didn't know how to get him in the end. Though the voice acting on Zelos is incredible.

It's not like I use either one regularly anyway. My party was always Lloyd, Presea, Genis, and Raine.

I've played tiny bits of some of the older FFs, and I love the feel of old, 2d rpgs. But my favorites are FFIX(praise square) and FFT. FFTA is ok, if I'm bored, but I hate how dumbed down it is. No dying, penalty cards, childlike story, etc.

I kinda find it hard to compare Zelos and Kratos. Kratos was just way too cool for words, but I liked Zelos's backstory better. The Zelos version of the "snowy night" scene is heartwrenching.

If I had to vote on a favorite character, I'd say Raine, hands down. (see sig) Thats just my opinion though.

Ahh so many to choose from! I can say that i liked the battle style of X2 very simple heh, but the game play was eh...all tho Tidus was a babe i don't really care were he went after that game. FF 10 was really awesome! It was the first FF for the PS2 and looking at that i was like wow, the next FF games are gonna kick @ss and yes Rikku was hot in X2. She looked like a freaking girl in X..wait she was a girl. Atleast in X2 she's legal...i think. I know Yuna is like 18. Anyways it's sorta freaky how Rikku becomes a guy in Kingdom hearts(GREAT GAME) a hot evil guy i might add. AnYeah, back to the task at hand, my fav FF could be Nine, Ten and Seven!!

EDIT: Did i read that someone liked FF tactic? that game r0cked the first ten mins after that i was like WTF this is getting old!
