If we're gonna have a forum for Tolkien-related games, we might as well mention them all. ;D
It's an adaption of Tolkien's novel into video game form. Game rating for an average gamer: 8/10. Rating for tolkien fanatic gamer: 4/10.
Upside: Awesome graphicks, nice cg kutscenes, good musick, and above-average voice ackting. They obviously put a lot of worck into that stuff.
Downside: terrible plot mutilation. WARNING TO ALL WHO DEMAND ADHERENCE TO TOLKIEN STORYLINES!!!
You meet an elf-woman from Mirkwood inside the troll cave, ecksplore abandoned dwarven mines in the misty mountains, and fight goblins in a warehouse in the lake-men's city...'nuff said about that. Also, kontrols for fighting arent very fluid, but you kant expeckt much from a hobbit as far as kombat goes anyway.
Anyone else play the game?
