This is hard. I almost voted for Chekov strictly for his performance in IV, but everyone was funny in that movie. I voted for Bones.
Though I would come close to voting for Khaaaaaaaaaannnnn!!!

The funny thing is that both Walter Koenig(Checkov) and James Doohan (Scotty) don't have accents in real life. Or had an accent in the case of Doohan I suppose.
