Actually, my favorite series of quotes is from a confrontation between Buffy and Cordelia in the series pilot (this is right after Cordelia surprises Buffy from behind and Buffy slams her against the wall and almost puts a stake in her).
Cordelia: What is your childhood trauma?
Buffy: Where's Willow?
Cordelia: Why, do you want to attack her with a stick too?
I missed the whole next scene because I was ROTFLMFAO. ;D

Lmoa The best bit was when Buffy told Cordy Angel was a vamp and she called him "a care bear with fangs"
Another goodie is the who thing with Angel and Buffys first meeting.

I think that was Spike. Unless I'm completely off, he said something like that in the episode where he was all depressed over Drusilla leaving him.
