Well i just saw some fucktard go on a long and boring tangent about how video games create violence, and i got to say, that guy was a fucking dumb ass. This post really has nothing to do with anything in particular. I'm not really trying to start a debate...just need to get this off my chest. I didn't type any of this out ahead of time, I'm just ranting, because I'm very pissed off right now.

How can people seriously consider banning video games for creating violence? There are so many things that create violence in this world. So many things that create death. How many people have really died as a result of video games? You can blame a couple school shootings on video games, sure, but thats a stretch. But in order for a school to get shot up, you'd have to be in high school, meaning you are below the age of 18. And who gave these underage kids a game intended for ages 18+? THEIR FUCKING PARENTS! Why don't they just hand their son a fucking gun and then when he shoots the bully thats picking on him you can blame the manufacturer. Fucking brilliant. Why don't you ban something more worthwhile, like douche bag parents who have no control over their kids and allow them to get ahold of a game intended for ages 18+ and then allowing them to have access to a gun. And how many people have really died from violence created by video games? ...20, 30? 30 people over a span of many years isn't too bad. Now how many people die from cigarettes EVERYDAY. Why don't you try to ban that fuckers. What about electricity? I was watching the news yesterday and a house caught fire due to an electrical fire. And you know what? Electrical fire happen all the time, sometimes resulting in death. If you are going to ban a game because there is a CHANCE that it might have caused violence, then why don't you ban electricity since it is PROVEN to burn houses down and cause deaths.
You know, alot of these assholes have a tendency to be of a religious nature. Have you seen the Mideast? People are fucking killing each other over religion. Why don't we ban that shit. Thousands of people are dying because of your fucking god. But of course you wouldn't do that. That would be silly. Why ban something that causes thousands of deaths when you can ban something that has caused maybe 30 in its entire history. FUCKING GENIUS! Oh, and my cousin fell down a flight of steps a couple weeks ago. BAN THAT SHIT!!

. I have absolutely no sympathy for people who die in school shootings... they were targeted for a reason. And anything that lowers the amount of asshole jocks and bitchy cheerleaders in the world can't be a bad thing.
