OMG OMG thats all i have to say....i started the first thread w0o0o! Anways i thought this series kicked major butt! The first RE was decent considering but i'm not into first person shooters unless it's Halo<---one of the best X box games! But yeah the game rocked and then they started making random other RE games after 3 lol i will admit directers cut was pretty good. I didn't get into it much because i borrowed it from a friend. But anyone i'm still playing RE 3(for 2 or 3 years now) i can't get past the damn clock tower! One of these days i'm going to restart that game. ANyways i just posted because i love RE! and yes....

I was wondering who would be the first person to post in this board... I wasn't even sure if I had any members who were into RE. I never really got into it that much myself, in fact... I've played some of the older games, but never finished one. I have the same problem as you, Spastic Chicken... I'm really not a huge fan of FPS games, with the exception of the Dark Forces series (because it's Star Wars) and the first two Doom games.
In case you're wondering why I'm making boards for things I'm not familiar with myself, it's because they're on-topic... I don't want to limit the site to just MY sci-fi/fantasy/horror interests, I want to cater directly to my members as well.

I've played 2 (alot), i'm on the final boss of Dead Aim, i have Code Veronica (but havn't really played it) and i've watched my sister play though about half of the 1st. I think Dead Aim is awesome, probalby my favorite because it actually has a FPS view. The rest have those, sometimes annoying, camera angles. But when firing in this one it switches the the FPS mode and looks really pretty  2 was fun the 1st time through...and the 2nd...and the 3rd...and the 10th... ;D Code Veronica was...interesting, didn't get very far in it though  The 1st was...errr...bad graphics...i like pretty games  |

Is Code Veronica the one on the boat? if s0o it sucks! first person shooter suck! (most anywayz) What pissed me off about that game is its only in first person mood when you're shooting and the camera angles REALLY suck i'm s0o0o0o glad i decided to rent it before i spent 30 bucks on it *wipes brow* that was a close one!

*confused* Dead Aim was the one on the boat. It was also the one with the first person shooting when firing (but not walking). I thought this was the best game because it DIDN'T have all those crappy camera angles. The camera was never jerking arround like the others, and there weren't alot of spots where you couldn't see the zombies (like the others, where you could hear them...then all of a sudden theres 10 of them on top of you). I had the most fun with Dead Aim...the FPSness was just awesome. Code Veronica i didn't play much of. But if you confused on that one, you start out as the chick. The opening video shows the chick running from a chopper(getting shot at) and ending with her blowing up a bunch of dudes (shooting the barrells). So you start out in a jail cell, some dude lets you out and then dies like...right after. And the first group of zombies you see is right outside of the building, in the graveyard. They're all white  |

what are you talkin about?! I threw my controler down in disgust because i couldn't get the camera to go my way, ahh! anyways yeah....i'm still working on RE 3...damn clock tower after i finish posting on some boards i'm gonna see if i can finnaly beat it. It's not that i can't beat it, its that by the time i get to that part i have N0o0o heath and i haven't found any at all grr

Ummm...couldn't you control the camera in Dead Aim? Its one of the only ones where you actually had control. And even if you couldn't see, all you had to do was enter FPS-mode and look arround, so when you could hear, but not see, the zombies (like all the others) you just entered the FPS mode and there they were. I played Nemesis(RE:3) at my dads house...but they didn't have a memory card so i couldn't get far. I got to the part where the dude on the box would chase you arround...everywhere...and i didn't know what to do (and couldn't save) and died -_- I don't think we were that far >_< |

Ohhh! him..well if u shoot him a lot he goes down, he comes up at certain places depending on what you do when faced with a situation but yeah i love RE 3, i'm STILL at the clock tower where that dude chases me around in a circle...scary i know
