I saw the trailer for the first time the other day... I was going to start a thread here for it, but you beat me to it. Yeah, I'm excited too.

Because it made him wet his pants. I'd like to see this, but i dunno if it could compare to the first, which was pretty good.

I've only seen the trailer, but it looks far too scary for me becasue yes I am a coward!!
I saw the ring and almost died, I though she was coming to get me. There is a painting on my bedroom wall of these men bending over a pile of turf, in the middle of the night I woke up and started screaming cus I thought it was her getting out fo the well, and yes I am 18!
He who fights and runs away.. and all that jazz

He who fights and runs away isn't really fighting. Anyway, the second one does look scarier. Only three more days...

To those who have seen it: Is it scarier than the first?
The first time i watched it it was too funny to be scary. Because in the beginning, right after it shows the dead chick in the closet (and her head falls after they open the door, etc) the electric goes off. And you guessed it, our flashlights where in the closet. So we dared my 12 year old sister to get them...it was funny. ;D

It's not quite as good as the first one, but it's pretty scary IMHO. Just the shots of the ghost chick climbing up the well are freaky. They actually had to credit the contortionist as a cast member.

Yea, those akward movements are always scary, if its done right. I remember when I watched the well scene for the first time. EXTREMELY creepy. It isn't always done corectly though. The Messengers had something a little similar to this, except it wasn't scary at all and just looked stupid. Anyways, these are some of the better horror movies to be released in the past several years or so. Although, there really isn't a whole lot of horror in the movie. Just a bit here and there. But it stays with you for a few days and can make you think twice about jumping in a well.... ;D
